ABOUT US

     The Tuscarora Educational Foundation partners with the community of Tuscarora School District to provide grants for innovative and creative programs and projects designed to enhance the student learning experience. Our foundation aims to complement the creativity of our educators by providing them with resources for students that are not typically available to them.

   The Tuscarora Educational Foundation relies upon the generous contributions from both local businesses and private donors to help provide many enhanced educational opportunities not offered through the general school budget. The Tuscarora Educational Foundation aims to provide over $10,000 towards annual grants for classrooms and provides additional continuing education scholarships for qualifying students who graduate from the district. 

   Tuscarora Educational Foundation is supported by a volunteer board of directors who oversee the daily operations of the Foundation. We have a variety of experience represented on the board, including those from business, nonprofit, finance, legal, and education fields. The board serves and works alongside the Tuscarora School District administration and Board of School Directors.
